Dr. Marisa Wolff Has Joined Hudson Dermatology

Dr. Wolff chose to join Hudson Dermatology to gain the resources and infrastructure of an established, physician-owned dermatology practice while preserving the personal, patient-centered approach that has always been at the heart of her care. By coming together, we are able to expand appointment availability, provide additional support to patients and staff, and make high-quality dermatologic care more accessible to the Saratoga Springs community.

We also understand that changes in healthcare can raise questions about what is happening behind the scenes.

Hudson Dermatology is an independent, physician-owned dermatology practice — not a private equity-owned dermatology group. Since our founding in 2006, we have believed that decisions about patient care should remain centered around physicians, their teams, and the communities they serve.

That shared philosophy made this a natural fit. Dr. Wolff can continue the relationships and standard of care she has built in Saratoga Springs while gaining the support of a larger physician-led organization. Together, we can expand access without losing the personal connection that has always been at the heart of her practice.

With additional administrative support, Dr. Wolff will be able to devote more of her time and attention to patient care while offering expanded appointment availability. She will also have greater opportunities to collaborate with a broad team of dermatology colleagues, including several Hudson Dermatology physicians with whom she has longstanding professional relationships.

Most importantly, this transition allows Dr. Wolff to gain the resources of a larger practice without sacrificing the personal relationships and individualized care she has built in Saratoga.

As part of this transition, we are also pleased to welcome Michael Kurek, PA-C, who will work alongside Dr. Wolff to provide additional appointment availability and help ensure patients can receive timely dermatologic care. 

For existing patients, you can expect to see the same familiar physician, same office staff, in the same location, with an expanded team and more resources behind her.
