Meet a Board-Certified Dermatologist and Dermatopathologist
Apoorva Trivedi, MD is a board-certified dermatologist and dermatopathologist serving patients at our Fishkill and Poughkeepsie offices.
Dr. Trivedi practices medical and surgical dermatology and strives to incorporate a personalized approach for each patient. He graduated from Boston College summa cum laude and was inducted into the Phi Beta Kappa Honors Society. He finished medical school at the University of Vermont Larner College of Medicine, where he was a junior inductee into the Alpha Omega Alpha Medical Honor Society. He completed his internal medicine internship at Saint Vincent Medical Center in Bridgeport, CT, and his dermatology residency at the University of Massachusetts Chan Medical School, where he served as Chief Resident. Finally, he finished his dermatopathology training at the Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center in 2023.
Prior to joining Hudson Dermatology, Dr. Trivedi worked as a dermatopathologist at Dermpath Diagnostics Institute of Dermatopathology in Newtown Square, PA, and Bridge Dermatopathology in Tarrytown, NY.
Dr. Trivedi has published nearly a dozen peer-reviewed articles and served as a voting member of the Young Physicians Committee for the American Society of Dermatopathology. He has has occasionally served as a peer reviewer for scientific journals and also presented at several national conferences.
